应用：2-(Bromomethyl)benzenamine Hydrobromide is a salt analog of 2-(Bromomethyl)benzenamine (CAT# B847133), which can be useful in the synthesis and evalsuation of novel quinolinones as HIV-1 non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors and preparation of pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines, pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidines and 6-arylpurines as antagonists of the human adenosine A2A receptor. 2-(Bromomethyl)benzenamine Hydrobromide may also be useful in the preparation of mercaptobenzimidazole derivatives as gastric secretion inhibitors.
